Moving well is an imperative part of recovery and how it impacts the mind/body connection. NUTRITION CARE

We introduce you to using nutrition as medicine. You will learn fundamentals to using food to improve your health & performance, taught by Josephine Cobb. You will learn why conscious choices are so important, as well as eating for recovery from illness & exercise. Finally you will learn how to have sustained energy throughout the day.
