For over 15 years, Richard has worked as a performance coach in high performance sport, with some of the best organizations and athletes in the world - from Great Britain, U.S.A and China. This includes supporting teams in preparation for two Summer Olympic Games – London 2012 and Rio 2016  –  and most recently the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang. Richard holds a degree in Sports Therapy and a masters degree in Strength & Conditioning Science, together with being an accredited member of, & tutor for the United Kingdom Strength & Conditioning Association. He is also a mentor for students at the Flow Genome Project.

Richards passion for health and wellbeing came from his own recovery from grief following the loss of his mother to cancer. He needed a complete approach, which led him to learn & experience the incredible positive effects of a fully holistic strategy and shaping life around Flow. This is why wellbeing has become his focus and passion. It’s not just about performance – it’s about helping as many people as possible, by encouraging new perspectives and using tools & techniques to optimise life with an evidence-based approach that has been successful on the world stage.


Richard believes the foundation of world-class performance is built on an understanding of how all elements in life and our surroundings interact.  Movement, eating well, self-reflection, inner-strength, self-kindness, humility, compassion, dedication, consistency & respect are qualities not unique to Olympic success. They are required by all of us to be our best self possible.



Body | Mind

Anna has taught yoga and educated teachers all over the world. She left a highly successful career in Los Angeles as a designer & entrepreneur to pursue a more fulfilling life. She initially focused on humanitarianism in Honduras, before moving to India to study spiritual philosophy and Eastern medicine, and instruct intensive yoga teacher trainings.


Integrating appropriate anatomical alignment, challenging sequences and intelligent transitions with creativity, enthusiasm and joy, it’s been said that Anna plays yoga. During philosophical Yin classes, Anna’s captivating voice invokes peace; whilst her laughter-packed, Ashtanga-based flows culminate in blissful vinyasa fun, focusing on strength, mindfulness and grace.


Anna’s love for playful motion and holistic wellbeing is her offering – she aims to assist others in discovering and nurturing their ethos. She believes it's deep rooted passion which sparks the joy that will maintain a strong self-practice, peace of mind, a happy life, and the ability and authenticity to share it with others.



Mind |

Melany is a holistic psychotherapist, with a practice that is founded on the core belief that emotional health is achieved through overall health, alignment, and balance. As a therapist, her role is to help clients see themselves and their potential to recognize and respond to unconscious patterns and embodied cognitions in order to unravel problematic ways of thinking and behaving. Melany works collaboratively with her clients to create a map that informs and provides the directions to living a full life. Melany has experience in treating a myriad of issues from trauma, depression, anxiety, to interpersonal difficulties and existential issues using many different modalities. She has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, as well as run various groups.     

During Melany's own healing journey, she began to understand the role of lifestyle choices, meditation, and nutrition in bringing about a sense of well-being.  Melany began to eagerly study and learn more about holistic approaches to mental health, which is where she was first exposed to energy medicine through personal experiences and had a profound transformation.


While there are many branches to energy medicine, Melany pursued training in a program based in science, as well as in teaching of tradition steeped in ethical practice.  In 2014, she began studying with psychologist and medical anthropologist Alberto Villoldo, Ph.D at the Four Winds Society, an international research and training organization. Melany graduated in 2016 from the renowned program developed at the Healing and Light Body School, which combines ancient teachings with cutting edge research and practices in neuroscience, epigenetics, and nutrition. She now incorporates energy medicine and shamanic ceremonies with her other therapeutic skills for a complete holistic healing approach.




Nutrition |

Josephine Cobb CNM Dip NT Ba(Hons) PGCE is a registered Nutritional Therapist and experienced, qualified teacher and educator. Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science and biochemical individuality in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care. 

Josephine’s approach is client centred and science based. Which means that a nutrition programme will be tailor-made to the clients unique biochemistry and their current overall health requirements. This personalised approach allows for a thorough understanding of how to best support optimal health through nutrition and also targets the areas which require further attention. The Nutritional Therapy process involves a detailed investigation of past and current medical history, medications, current lifestyle and exercise programmes. A full health assessment with the addition of functional testing means the client will be provided with a bespoke and accessible nutrition and supplement plan to support ongoing optimal health.


Josephine’s personal experience of immune related digestive disorders means that she has a specialism in the immune system and gastrointestinal healing and health. Josephine is encouraging and empathetic and is dedicated to the clients' desire to achieve results they want to see and feel.




Body |

Matt is an innovative performance coach who believes in making the most of life’s opportunities. He strives to be a positive influence in helping incredible people perform to their best. Matt has a background in strength and conditioning, working with professional athletes across a variety of sports from Premiership Rugby Union to Olympic Diving and Alpine Skiing.


He now primarily works in motorsport where he coaches KTM Red Bull rider Bradley Smith in the MotoGP championship, and he also works with Jaguar Formula E team. Matt believes optimal performance and improvement comes from nailing the basics through consistent intelligent effort with clear objectives. He is accredited with the UK Strength & Conditioning Association and holds an MSc in Strength & Conditioning from St Mary’s University.
